A full-cycle digital identity built from scratch — brand strategy, visual system, copywriting, and a responsive website, all designed to close the gap between clinic quality and online perception. The brand was positioned around clarity and calm: a clean visual language, a confident tone of voice, and a homepage structured to answer patient questions before they're even asked. Every design decision — from typography to layout hierarchy — was made to build trust at first glance and move visitors toward booking.
Arco Dental — From Zero to Brand
Most dental clinics look the same online: sterile, generic, forgettable. Arco Dental had an opportunity to be different — but first, they needed to exist digitally at all.
I built the entire brand from the ground up. Identity, voice, website. Every decision was made with one question in mind: what does a new patient need to see, feel, and read to trust a clinic they've never heard of?
The result is a brand that feels warm without being soft, modern without being cold — and a website designed to turn curiosity into booked appointments.

To ensure a seamless digital experience, I focused on reducing friction in the appointment booking process. Through detailed user flow mapping and wireframing, we established a clear information hierarchy that prioritizes clinic credibility and ease of contact. Low-fidelity prototypes allowed us to test the navigation structure, ensuring that even the most complex dental service information remained accessible and intuitive for patients of all ages.

Copywriting
Wrote all website copy in Spanish and English — headlines, service descriptions, and CTAs — built around one core idea: answering patient doubts before they become reasons to leave. Every line was written to feel human and confident, not clinical.

Visual Identity & Art Direction
The visual direction was born from a desire to move away from the "clinical coldness" typical of the dental industry. I developed a warm, sophisticated palette using earthy tones and soft neutrals to evoke a sense of calm and high-end care. Paired with refined typography and intentional whitespace, the art direction balances professional authority with a welcoming, boutique aesthetic, positioning Arco Dental as a leader in modern, patient-centered aesthetics.

UI Design
Designed a full responsive layout in Figma — from homepage to booking form. Warm editorial aesthetic, glassmorphism service cards, and a clear visual hierarchy that guides the visitor from first impression to appointment in as few steps as possible.

Built and implemented the final design as a fully responsive website — optimised across desktop, tablet, and mobile, with smooth interactions and clean structure ready for real patients from day one.
